1. ANYTHING with Gluten

The processed sugar causes your body to release proinflammatory cytokines. The immune system releases cytokines to send healing cells to sites of injury, infection or trauma. This is fine when you really have something wrong, but it will cause unnecessary swelling and pain in your joints if the healing cells have nothing to heal.
