Cervical spondylosis (CS)
Cervical spondylosis is also known as cervical osteoarthritis / neck arthritis. It can be a painful and unbearable condition, but with proper care and treatment, those who suffer from it can lead a normal life.
Cervical spondylosis is more common in older people. It is a condition that affects more than 85% of the population over 60 years. Some people will have mild pain and may experience few or no symptoms, while others will have chronic and severe pain and stiffness. CS essentially affects the joints and discs in the neck.
What causes cervical spondylosis?

• Dehydrated discs
• Herniated discs
• Use and wear (excessive use)
What are the symptoms of cervical spondylosis?
Some common signs and symptoms of cervical spondylosis are:
• Neck stiffness
• Neck Pain
• Pain that looks like a headache, that originates in the neck
• Persistent pain in the arms and shoulder
• Difficulty turning the head, bending the neck
• A grinding sensation or a click sound as the neck rotates
