Cure painful gout naturally by these simple remedies | Home remedies for gout
Gout is a very painful condition in which the uric acid in music also causes arthritis pain in the joints, usually in the big toe. These home remedies will help relieve symptoms and prevent outbreaks.
1. Baking soda
At the beginning, mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda with one cup of water. Then you take it 3 times a day to eliminate the gout and its pain. You must do this process for approximately 2 weeks.
You eat 15 to 20 fresh cherries every day. To get better results, you should eat it at the beginning of your day. You can eat canned cherries if you can not drink fresh cherries. You must eat it daily to avoid the problem of gout.
3. French bean

4. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar on many of their lists of effective home remedies, and for good reason: this potent liquid has been proven to fight inflammation and relieve some of the acute pains associated with diseases such as gout.
Take one or two tablespoons of mustard powder and mix with water. Make it into a thick paste. Apply this paste to the affected area and leave it throughout the day. This will help control inflammation and pain. Try this once or twice a day.
