Health benefits of Turmeric Tea and How to make it.

Is not it amazing how the health of our family members can trigger us to action! So was the case with this recipe of turmeric tea. Recently my father was diagnosed with osteoarthritis, a condition that was causing him a lot of pain and for a man who was exceptionally active, the pain began to slow him down.

Pain killers were not helping, in fact the side effects of pain killers were worse than arthritis! So we started to look for a diet that he could have that would help with his condition and this tea marked all the boxes. A natural anti-inflammatory and natural killer of pain, my dad is loving this tea as his taste as chai and uses it as a replacement for coffee and black tea. With many many other health benefits, this tea is an absolute must have for your medicine cabinet.

Ingredients:
3 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground cardamom
2 teaspoons ground ginger

1.5 liters of filtered water
Honey to taste
optional walnut milk
