Advanced Full Body Circuit – Skill Level – Advanced
Perform the whole circuit and rest for 60 seconds. Perform the circuit 2 to 3 times per workout.

This is episode 4 of our series of water exercises videos using an endless pool. In this episode, an advanced full body circuit training workout is shown.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising if you experience any symptoms of weakness, instability, dizziness / lightheadedness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or trouble breathing.
Doing these exercises should not cause pain. If you experience pain during exercise, slow down your movement. If the pain persists – STOP. Mild pain after exercise may be experienced after starting a new exercise.
