Movement 3 & # 39; Single Whip & # 39 ;. If you are watching this short video: Hello 😊 Everyone is welcome to browse, but the video is intended for my Tai Chi students for arthritis and fall prevention. Use this video to update your memory of the form we learned in this week's class. There are no vocal signals, since I reserve them for the class, but I have slowed down so you can really see the weight transfer and do not forget to check your balance before walking.
I highly recommend that you shoot – and feel free to post your efforts in our FB group, I would LOVE to see them 😊
The recording is a great help to understand your body and its movement. When I watch this video I really notice where I am having tension!
Yesterday I had a filling at the dentist, something I really do not like! That makes?!! The sound of those exercises scares me and I have to use all the tricks of the book to relax and trust … but the tension that is created when lying down, the mouth closed and the head tilted back, not to mention the unpleasant experience itself, It gives me a terrible headache and pain in the back of my neck. So I use my breath Qigong & # 39; Sung & # 39; to control the discomfort, and it really helped me. Still a little tight there, but a great improvement and now I am much more comfortable. Tooth is still hurt, hehehe.
If you want more information about Qigong techniques such as breathing & # 39; Sung & # 39 ;, visit www.nntqs.co.uk and follow the link to our free online course.
See you next week 👍
