Gout (a form of arthritis). My mother has Arthritis that I begin to seek her cure and how to prevent it. Then I got to know this habit. I, my family and family have added this habit in our lifestyle for the past few years and my mother also get a great relief due to this habit. And no one from my family member has any kind of arthritis. If someone has this problem, this habit can cure it slowly.

What is uric acid?
Uric acid is a heterocyclic compound of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen of the formula C5H4N4O3.
Form ions and salts known as urates
Uric acid is a chemical compound
Created when the body breaks down substances called purines.
Purines are found in some foods and beverages.
These include liver, anchovies, mackerel, dried beans
And peas, and beer.
Most uric acid dissolves in the blood
And travel to the kidneys.
From there, it breaks down in the urine. If your body produces too much uric acid or does not get enough of it, it can make you sick.
The blood test should be done to check how much uric acid you have in your blood. Another test can be used to check the level of uric acid in the urine.
In human blood plasma, the uric acid reference range is typically 3.4-7.2 mg / dl for men and 2.4-6.1 mg / dl for women
Concentrations of uric acid above and below the normal range
are known, respectively, as hyperuricemia and hypouricemia.
Causes of High Uric Acid
In many cases, people have high levels of uric acid for hereditary reasons
Diet can be a factor. High consumption of dietary purine, high fructose corn syrup and table sugar can cause increased levels of uric acid
Serum uric acid may be elevated due to reduced excretion by the kidneys

Fasting or rapid weight loss may temporarily raise uric acid levels
Certain drugs, such as diuretics, can increase uric acid levels in the blood
Saturation levels of uric acid in the blood can result in a form of kidney stones when urate crystallizes in the kidney
And it can lead to a type of arthritis known as gout. [26] This painful condition is the result of crystals of uric acid that precipitate in the joints, capillaries, skin and other tissues
