The signs and symptoms of the baker's cyst are as follows. You may see a swelling behind the knee which is the popliteal fossa. So just behind the knee joint, you will see a small swelling or a large size. So this is probably a baker's cyst, which is the most common swelling behind the knee. The symptoms of the baker's cyst are oppression, there will be pain at times and also the movements will cause restriction and pain. Sometimes this cyst can rupture and the fluid that is present can drain the calf muscle and cause oppression and redness in the legs
