What is anemia?

2. Epsom salt:
Take a bath with warm water mixed with Epsom salt. You can also soak your feet if you wish.

3. Honey:
Honey is an excellent natural remedy for anemia. Make a mixture of a spoonful of honey, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. Eat this every day to cure anemia. Honey increases hemoglobin in the blood and is rich in iron, manganese, and copper.

4. Blackcurrant:
Soak 8 to 10 black currant during the night in water and 3 to 4 weeks to maintain a system to keep in mind that the first thing in the morning. Do not forget to remove blackcurrant seeds before eating.
