Yoga for Lupus and Chronic Pain - Part 1 - Legs up the wall - www.drswamy.com

The first in a series of videos illustrating 8 different beneficial attitudes for Lupus and Arthritis patients.

Benefits of this pose, good for: Arthritis, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, respiratory ailments, swollen ankles, tired feet and legs, digestion, anxiety, back of the neck, back of the legs, front torso, migraines and head, regulates blood flowing.

Caution, do not practice this posture if you have: hiatal hernia, sciatica, glaucoma, are pregnant for more than 3 months.

I hope this and the next videos will allow you to manage and reduce your chronic pain.

Sincerely,

Dr. Swamy Venuturupalli, M.D., F.A.C.R.
